I was selling multiple movie deals on eBay and two people bought them. I went to purchase them from the company I got them from, and they had gone out of business. Sounds like no big deal, just refund them their money. I sent both of my customers money orders that amounted to 15.00 over what they paid for shipping and the movies, just for the inconvenience to them. Well, one of my customers decided to tell PayPal that they never got the movies or a refund.
When PayPal contacted me, I sent the copy of the money order numerous times because I would not hear from them saying they got it. They did not contact me again until they told me I had a negative balance in my account because they sent the money to my customer.
