My husband has a tattoo on his neck which he wants to have removed for career reasons, and he chose to order this product to avoid the expense and pain of multiple laser surgeries.
My problem is nothing to do with product performance (we just received product a couple weeks ago) but with the billing for this product. He ordered a six-month supply on the company website for $289.00, paid for on our debit card. He recieved a six month supply about a week later. But when we received our bank statement, I noticed that they charged us twice.
I filled out the contact info on the website and am still waiting to hear back.in the meantime, I tried calling all the phone numbers I have found for the company. All of which either the line had been disconnected or I got no answer. We did not receive an invoice with the package, just a small box with a shipping label and a paper with instructions and faqs.
Has this happened to anyone else, with this or any other internet company? I am not sure what else to do and that is too much money for us to just let go of. I have the feeling this issue will not be resolved to my satisfaction, if they even do anything to resolve it. Any advice?
