Was offered a free trail offer. Cancelled this offer but company had billed me for it. This amount was to be reimbursed to me but as of this date has not been. A second supply arrived at the house and we informed the postal delivery employee we did not want it and to return it. I received my statement today and see that I now have been invoiced for a second supply of the product. I contacted the company and they advised that one supply was reimbursed but has yet to show up on my statement. They also advised that they will only reimburse one supply and that I must pay for the first issue of the product that was cancelled. Assuming that the first issue of the product is reimbursed I am only out roughly $100.00. All-in-all it is a pretty good gig they have. We returned all the product, paid the shipping and still get bill for one supply. Hopefully this is resolved very shortly.
