I ordered the product; it didn't work in 30 days so decided to wait longer to see if the product would start working.
My account was then charged the $200, so I called the company (the phone number worked at that time) and they said I did not return the product in time. My fault.
I received another shipment (3 now that I haven't used) and I have tried to contact them but the two phone numbers that I have found for them are disconnected - the phone number on-line and their website and from my product label, paperwork, and bank statement!
I need to cancel before they take out another $29.95 and I can not get a hold of them to cancel!
