Ripoff poor service defective products

My $360.00 BFG 6800GT card would freeze up/power off after 5 minutes of gameplay. I sent my video back to BFG 3 times so far.

First Return: They couldn't get their system to recognize my address; they said they would email me my RMA# (which they didn't); messed up the RMA# and didn't tell me - I found out only after I called back after 3 days because I never received the email they were supposed to send. This delayed the shipment by 4-5 days; made me pay for the shipping on the card I had to send back; When the replacement arrived it didn't work (DOA). After calling them back they then made me take pictures of the card's serial number, provide a receipt for the original purchase, which I didn't have since I bought it through a reseller online. All I had was the invoice, which they finally accepted. I then had to provide a credit card number.

Second return: The new card worked for about 2 months. Then the same problems occured. I called them back and asked if I could just have a refund on the original purchase price. They said no. They also said I'd have to call back during normal business hours to speak to a manager. So, 2 days later I called back. They shipped me out a card relatively fast. I received this card and it didn't work. The screen had all sorts of artifacts on it.

Third Return: So, I called back again, and they said no problem, we'll send a card out. Well, 2 days later they emailed me and said my RMA# didn't go through and I had to call them back. I did, and after 20 minutes waiting for a rep, he put me on hold, trying to get a new RMA# and figure out why their system wouldn't accept my address (same issue as before). After 45-60 minutes they finally gave me an RMA# and said I should receive the card in the next few days. I am waiting for this card and praying it works.

In between all these problems with their card, I purchased a new power supply, motherboard, reinstalled windows, etc. Thinking the card wasn't the problem. This was time and money I couldn't spare. Finally I bought a new card (different brand - EVGA) and it worked right away and hasn't given me any problems.

BFG Tech has incompetent customer service reps (I hesitste to call them tech support) and refuses to acknowledge their product is defective. They refuse to refund me my money, which I find unconscionable.

I plan on sharing this story in every forum and review site I can think of.
