Bought a $215.00 cookware set from Philip Colett on ebay late January. I paid for it with a US Postal Money Order via Certified Mail. I have all the receipts, but no cookware, and he is no longer on ebay as colettbiz. He does answer his cell phone (817) 681-9434 on occasion and his home phone (817) 435-9434. Every time I call, he is not near his computer, nor can he give me a tracking number for the item.
