Out of four rebates sent in to OnRebate, only one was paid. There never was any notification as to why the others (totalling $80) were not paid.
After searching their whole website for contact information, I ended up on the FAQ page. It had an email link to [email protected]. The email bounced back 'host not found'. Then I tried [email protected] - same result. Obviously they DON'T want to hear from the public in any way.
I have decided that the only way I can show my displeasure is to stop shopping on sites that use onrebate.com, including TigerDirect. Yes, they have good prices, but they're guilty of scamming the public too - guilt by association!
