Highest Pay Surveys, Your Opinion Pays They advertise paid surveys, not. They have a money back guarantee, not. Ripoff!

They offer a 60 day money back guarantee but they never answer their E-mail or they ignore it. I don't know how I can make money doing surveys like advertised. They scammed me for a membership fee and I received nothing in return.
