I had filled an application on the website thought that it was an credit card and come to find out that it was a debit card which charged me $318.00. I had called them up to ask why was my account debited 2 time at $159.00 each pop and they told me that it was for a debit card not knowing that was the application that I filled out so I requested my money back and they told me the application was filled out more than 3 days they can not refund my money back. So I received the card in the mail and I called to check the balance on the card and it told me that the card was activated and the balance on the card was $9.00.
So, I wrote them after trying to call them to ask them why did they charge my account for a debit that I can not use. All I am getting is emails from them not the answer that I want to hear. I told them that if I do not get my money back I am going to report them.
