After reading all the reports about Traffic Designs I knew that I would have been into the same thing when it comes to getting my money back.
What I did was write to a local newspaper in Phoenix and filed a complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Protection and even put a complaint with the Senators office in Arizona. There has to be someone out there who is willing to investigate this company and stop them. And who knows what other illegal businesses they could be in.
