I prepaid $ 99.90 for three months service. The accounts are set up to automatically bill your credit card at the end of that time period for the next three months, unless you cancell that.
The results I received in two weeks were almost non existant and not even close to their advertisments. I did not want my credit card being automatically billed so I cancelled the acount.
Upon cancelling I discovered my remaining balace of money would not be refunded, that my account would still be open through its original term. I was also informed I would still be able to access it, however my profile would no longer be available, visable to other members.
In other words even though I was paid up and cancelled I could not get a refubd for poor service, had to keep the account through its term, and now I was having restrictions placed on my paid account which in effect disables the account from working as it should.
This is out and out thievery, and a total ripoff!
