Ripoff Nondelivery - magazine subscription

I ordered two magazine subscriptions. One was for a three year term and I only received one year. The other was for a two year term and I have not received any. I telephoned the company and was told I had to follow the procedure on the website and send in my complaint online. I did this several times and never even received an acknowledgement of my submission.
