Ripoff, sent me the wrong order, refuses to exchange product or give a full refund

At the end of November I ordered some shoes for my husband from reallydopegear.com that cost $98. I sent them an e-mail asking if the shoes would be here before Christmas, and they replied and told me they would be. I received a pair of shoes from them on December 23.

I opened the package and noticed they had sent me the wrong shoes. I immediately went to their website to find out what the exchange policy is. They have a section on their site that states they will exchange product if they are at fault, but gives NO instructions on how to do an exchange.

Their site also stated they would be closed until December 26. I have sent them an e-mail everyday since then and still have not received any kind of reply. They refuse to tell me how to exchange this wrong product, and they refuse to give me a refund.

When I tried to send them another e-mail today, it would not go through. I think they have now blocked my address. They do not have a phone number listed so no one can call to discuss problems.

The funny thing is, I looked up the shoes they sent to me to find out how much they cost and these particular shoes are not even on their website. How did I end up with shoes they don't even sell?

This company screwed me out of $98, and they will screw you too. DO NOT trust this company. If they cannot even list a phone number, they must be up to no good.
