I ordered a pair of Nike tennis shoes in 8.5. I recieved a 7. Contacted the seller for an exchange and was sent this email — Sorry for the inconvenience, If the shoes don't fit for you, I advise you can sell the shoes or send to your friend to get your money. Returning the shoes waste time and extra money. Actually, if you would like to keep the items, we'll send you $10 Gift Certificate then you can use in the next time to buy a new one. The shoes were $80 bucks and you want to give me a $10.00 gift certificate and no refund or exchange and sell the shoes. Who does business like this? Really? What the hell?
