Ripoff took money, never rec'd

I ordered the chocolate factory for X-Mas for my 10 year old. She really wanted it for the longest time. JMD took the money on 11/29- priority mail monies. Never received. Thank goodness i caught it i went on line and ordered it from as seen on tv and got it immediately.

I am disputing the charge. But they properly still got there money. And now i have to get a new card.
