Ripoff

I placed an order on Nov. 3. It was shiped on
Dec. 3. I have not received it as of Dec. 20.
I called and was on hold for 45 Minutes only to be told NOTHING.

My wife called and was on hold for 30 minutes befroe she hung up. It's impossible to find out anything from customer service. They can not track the shipment but they want their money up front.
