James Self - Memighty1.com - mysupersales.com ripoff Computer game accounts, will use paypal to buy your account and change description of item that will require a non-existant reciept and wins paypal dispute

Went to www.mysupersales.com and sent an email asking if they bought World of Warcraft accounts (its a computer game you pay a monthly fee to play online.) Got a response on July 18th of this year directing me to www.memighty1.com.

From there I filled out the necessary answers to get a quote on how much my they would buy my account for. James Self offered to pay me 42 dollars, assuming my account was legit, and i accepted the offer.

I then sent him my username and password so he could login to my account to make sure it was valid. On July 19th I got an email stating exactly this (i have kept all my emails regarding this issue);

Hello Quanttar,

We have successfully validated account mfiene2080 for World Of Warcraft (US). Your payment will be issued and notice emailed within 1 business day of this notice.

Thank you for choosing MM1.

Quanttar was my character name for my account. I do not know why he didn't just write my own name in the email.

Anyway on July 20th I received 42 dollars in my paypal account and i thought everything was fine. He set up the account in paypal as a jewlry item which I eventually found out from disputing my issue with paypal.

James Self filed it as a jewlry item because in disputes over "virtual items" the seller, who would be me, does not need to provide a reciept. The selling of a computer game account would be considered a virtual item so there never was a reciept in the first place.

He filed a claim against me on paypal on the basis that there was no reciept. He dishonestly set up his payment as a jewlry item so he could get my account and later get his money back.

Everthing was fine from July 20th until September 1st when I recieved an email from paypal stating that there was a dispute over an item. When I initial was disputing this claim i was told from a paypal worker to file it saying it was a virtual item and therefore no reciept was required. I lost the dispute and my paypal account has been restricted ever since. All I have to do is pay the 42 dollars back and my paypal account would be restored. I would rather not have my paypal account than pay that fraud one cent.

I had only used paypal once or twice before this all and had know idea what was going on. I never set up the paypal transaction and had nothing to do with it be filed as a jewlry item. He did everthing. The money was just in my paypal account and I thought everything was alright.

In the end, I have not been able to use my paypal account and will not ever be able to until I pay, and have spent a considerable amount of time trying to resolve this issue with paypal, all of which has been unsuccesful. I realize that 42 dollars isn't that much money, but it is the fact that he is dishonestly taking my money that gets to me. He gets away with this because most people would rather pay the semi small amount of money than go through everthing I have.
