Jan 27 02, Sent payment in for a set of four mounted and balanced wheels and tires for my mercedes as agreed upon from e-mails.
Feb 1 received a e-mail that the wheels and tires had been sent.
Feb 5th recieved tracking number.
Feb 8 Tires arrived separetly from the wheels. Tires wrong size Three of the wheels arrived. Fourth caught in UPS hell. Finally arrived Feb 15.
AGAIN, the order showed up with the set NOT mounted and balanced and the wrong size of tires.
Feb 11th e-mailed and called to notify the error.
Feb 13 received the following reply to my e-mail: "hi mark im just follwing up on your very first email since the order and would like to let you know that i have rounded up the replacments for your staggerd setup, i am extremly sorry for the delay this has caused you but i will get the tires out to you asap once the incorrect are recieved, thank you for all your time and understaning."
Feb 25th drove across town 29 miles to drop off the tires at the local UPS hub and paid for the shipping out of my pocket.
Feb 26th sent e-mail to inform of the tracking numbers asking what the next step was and to please provide information.
Feb 27th received reply of "Confirming your e-mail", no explanation, nonthing!
Several other attempts to reach him by e-mail and phone.
This is the most irrisponsible person I have ever dealt with! Total lack of respect for client once he has recieved the $.
Mar 29 Still have not received the tires even though he said he sent them over a week and a half ago. No tires, no refund of the money for shipping his error back, not answering his phone and no return of my e-mails, NOTHING!
At this point it looks like I've been taken! Don't let this happen to others.
