Cyberphrases - Eric Jarett
Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing, rudness, breach of contract, liers, ignored phone calls

Eric Jarett from Cyberphrases called my company in March and offered a great new way to advertise my business. The idea was to be at the top of many HOT search engines by using key words that will attract potential customers. I was charged for this service $4775.00

The contract clearly stated "Guarantee: if 2000 hits per phrase per month are not realized a complete refund will be given".

Before signing the contract, they called non stop. If I called them, they would answer my calls immediately.
When I realized that none of the promises were kept and instead of 2000 hits per phrase. I hardly got 300 hits per phrase. I tried to call and discuss it with Eric, but surprisingly enough he was always out of the office, busy, at a meeting, or just not available to speak to me.

I have not heard from him since April.
