I returned a textbook I purchased from Ecampus for a refund - with the authorization from Ecampus to do so. The returned book was received by Ecampus on Oct. 27. I have delivery confirmation from the shipper so I know they have had the book since late October. It is now mid-December and I still have not received the refund of my $94.64.
I have contacted this company over six times about my refund and each time I have been put off by excuses - but still no refund! I don't want excuses, I simply want my money back! Ecampus.com is the worst online retailer I have ever dealt with - do yourself a favor and avoid this company.
