Basically what happened is that I found this website http://www.edesignerhandbags.net/index.Asp I decided to order a bag from here because it says all bags are made with real leather and they come with a dust bad and tags.
The website claims their products are imported from Italy, France and Spain. They claim there handbags to be "made with the highest quality materials, including genuine cowhide leather. The best quality that you can find in replica handbags are here. Our replicas are identical to the original ones including in size, material and quality"
When I received my coach bag to begin with it was the wrong bag It was also made with cheap plastic and not out of leather. The bag did not come with a dust bag and the price tag it came with was a price tag for a completely different bag.
They also said the highest shipping price would be $7.95 per item and I was charged like $10. The shipping information said the bag weighed 4 pounds but when I received it the box said it weighed 1.6 LB.
The information on the box that the bag came in said it was from: Jack ANYWHERE USA SARATOGA, CA 95070.
The website has a three day return policy but when I replied sending this email "I am requesting an exchange for the coach bag I received today because the bag I ordered was suppose to have Mini Signature jacquard fabric and the one I got has the big C's. Also It says that it has the softest leather and what I received is plastic. Also it says it comes with a dust bag and receipt so I was also missing the dust bag. I would just like an exchange for what I ordered. Thanks Grisel" I was never responded to. I continued to send two more emails and still I haven't received a response.
All I can say is that I was ripped off and left with a bag I will not use.
