Ripoff rebate for computer bundle purchase

I bought a computer bundle from Besy Buy back in September because of the great rebates they were offering. After I send in all the receipts and required elements, one of them (the largest rebate for $150) was rejected because the salesperson put in the wrong SKU for memory installation. I called the rebate center and they said it was the store's problem and I need to talk with the store. I went back to the store and they said only rebate center can approve the rebate from a store mistake. After trying to reason with the store manager Chris Christian for an hour, he told me that this happens all the time and I can call 1-888-BEST-BUY and the corporate people will take care of it for me. I tried to call the 888 number and navigated through the voice prompts for 30 minutes and there is not one option that will allow me to speak with the corporate people. I submitted the complaint online and received a confirmation e-mail that said I'll get a response in 3 business days. It's been over 10 business days and I have not seen squat. I feel that they are doing this on purpose so they don't have to pay out the big rebates and boost their revenue. Their employees probably get a cut too for making the company extra money by ripping us off. I have filed a report to the BBB and we'll see what happens.
