I have contacted you on several occasions and am now at the breaking point. My last 4 emails have not even been answered yet.
It has now been over 16 weeks that I sent my rebate in and still have not received anything! Anything. Last email sent from you guys, you said my rebate was on the way and I should get it in 2-3 weeks 4 weeks now and nothing! C'mon!!!
You owe me 65.00$ USD. I want you guys to call me I am not paying 10 dollars of long distance to speak to you guys,
16 weeks is absolutely crazy, and to add insult to injury one of my rebates show as not approved. You have the nerve to lie about me not including the UPC code (which I did!) to attempt not sending my rebate
Now, please at least send me a response to let me know that you received my requests! Please!!! Show a little customer service!
