I submitted my leter of resignation. After returning all property belonging to Vertical IT and necessary timesheets as requested, I am still awaiting the company to release my final paycheck. Even after repeated attemtps via email and personally going to the company, the owner (s) fail to send/submit my final pay. Upon talking with others that have exited the company within the past months, I found this is a very common practice committed by the owners of Vertical IT.in one case, a past employee was delayed from getting his final pay, up to four months.
The business practice within Vertical It towards its own clients is terrible as well. The owner once told me, in regards to speaking of their own clients, that clients are like women; F* them and leave them. They will always come back for more.
BEWARE of this lousy employer and company for IT services. Verticalit.net
