I saw the steambuddy advertized on tv was impressed/decided to go to the internet to place my order rather than call. Confirmation came immediately that was Feb 18,08 WAITED March, APRIL early, MAY. Emailed to address on confirmation sheet NO response! Dummy me okay will reorder it must have gotten lost in transmission not all that computer savvy. Ordered again MAY 3rd again immediate response WELL now JUNE WHERE OH WHERE IS MY LIL BUDDY WHAT A RIP OFF. Dont be as gullable as yours truly
