I made the major mistake of signing up for a 30 day free trial of MSN in May. I called and cancelled the account on the same day of set up. I was unable to gain access to MSN immediately after providing credit card information. I took on another provider and I thought the situation was resolved. Unknown to me, MSN has been billing me since 2000 and they have refused to reimburse funds... The individual employee's tell me that there is nothing that they can do! Please, help!
