I ordered from the computer a promotion from SkyBoxTv on 10/28. Since I had not heard from the company, on December I stared sending e-mails. I got no response. At that time I only wanted a status report and a expected delivery date.
I started calling day after day at different times rhinking evertone was out. After days I got a office on the pkone. She placed me on hold.
The first time she came back didn't even what I had called about. I would keep on calling again I got someone. Again I was place on hold, after a while a busy signal rang out. I would try again, and again.
I decided After I finally got the company adress, I decided to send a registered letter to SKYBOXTV with a receipt requested. A few days after they had received the letter I recived a call. I informed the lady to CANCELL the order because I had not received anything from them, also I could never get a hold of anyone. She said the order would be cancelled that day and because I had paid with a Credit Card the Credit would go to them, and a copy to me.
The statement for Jan came with no credit to the card for the promotional amount of $39.00. I called and called with no results, so I waited until the Feb. 2002 statement was received. I found that a credit was not issued but SKYBOXTV had placed another charge on my credit card account for the amount of $189.00.
I starting calling all over again and got the same old run around. On Feb again I sent a registered letter to SKYBOXTV with receipt return requested.
I mailed the letter on Feb27. I have heard nothing from the company, nether did I get a receipt showing that the letter was ever signed for.
I have received (that I don't want now) nothing. I have got no refund or credit of any kind. Can't believe a compan is so bad.
