Onzibuddy was downloaded from the web for my daughter becuz it was cute. After finding out it was an advertisment ploy we uninstalled it. But it is still in my computer locked deeply into my explorer and will not go away. No tech support no adress no telephone #.
I now have adds for bonzibuddy and related software plugging my computer and taking residence were i dont want them to be. With no escape in sight exept a lengthy system reconfiguration or reloading explorer and other unknown time consuming procedures.
This is illegal and must be stopped.
