Ok first I bought a system from these guys on 3-24-05, without an OS. For that the site said the warranty on systems without OS's will be treated as components. The website stated that everything had a 1 year warranty except for processors which was 90 day.
So anyway I bought the computer and it got here just fine and worked right away. Loaded my OS on it and it ran fine until the last week of Sept. 2005. The system locked up, so I rebooted it and the hard drive started clicking very loud and nothing would load up. So I try calling tech support and RMA. NOTHING, won't answer the phones! So I try tech support and RMA through there website, once on 10-02-05 and 10-05-05, no emails back.
All I want is a replacement hard drive, and not a certified repaired one, sold as new which, btw mine is.
I'm trying my credit card company and going to see what they can do about it.
