I started making my payment in March after several phone calls to customer service I finally recieve my paper work in sept fax it back to them in a timely matter Still no computer or any reply from thier customer service Sent email; to them but cant get any anwers from them you call them and they hang up on you and are very rude I really belive the government needs to step in and make these people quit ripping of honest people and taking there money
They also they need need to see if they have the proper license to act like a funding agent are bonded to handle money like a instution. They have also taking money out when they werent suppose too. Let's stop this company and start a class action suit
