This company promised no need of technical knowldge to set up and run this kiosk. They stated installation would be done by an expert but my husband did it with some one over the phone help.
We never had 24/7 support which was stated. Whenever there was a problem it took days to resolve because of no poor/no technical support.
My husband &I are retird and wanted to supplement our retirement income. This has been an expense nstead of providing ny additional income.
Currently we need to have the router address changed. It was damaged in a storm (location Motel/RV Park) This requires a password to mke the change. We have not been able to contact them in two weeks. You are told to leave a message but it is clear that the box is full
