Navicomm, One Call Forced to pay for fraudulent billing of a website access

I recently got a bill from "One Call Communications" for $25.74 for 13 minutes on a website at 1:16 A.M.!!

I work 6 days a week and have no time for anything past 10:00 P.M.

They insisted someone used my computer at that time on a web site that is unknown!

But i live alone in the country far from the city. No one is seldome here but me. So i called them to tell them of their mistake. They said they have record of the website access BUT it would take a Court Sapena to get it!

I asked for the company "Navicomm" to talk to them and ask about this mistake. They would not give out any address or phone number.

So, i am being forced to pay this charge or it goes on my Credit History!

No evidence or documentation that i can see showing this. It isn't even on my Modem history for any time that late.

Still, they insist. They did give me the name of the president of their company for my attorney should i chose to pursue it.

Lets see, $25.00 or Hundreds in Attorney fees...???
One Call Communications has quite a business going!!!
Anyone feel like getting ripped off???
