RIPOFF Complete hassle and waste of time

Company goes by many names and web sites. Don't bother emailing them from their website because they will not respond. If you call them expect to wait atleast a half hour to speak to anyone.

I have tried a similar site, incentivereward.com, which actually worked. Took a while to receive, but did receive, unlike this company.

More of a hassle then it's worth. Don't know 100% that it is a ripoff because I am still waiting for my gift. Even if ever does come, it was not worth the hassle and waste of time.

Figured there would some catches to the free gift offer. Figured I would get more spam (probably the only thing I did get out of this procedure) and I would have to pay for the sponsor offers. I tried to sign up the sponsor offers that had a free trial period, so I could cancel if I didn't want to keep at no cost to me. One sponsor kept charging me even after I cancelled. (something to watch out for).

Their web site says that It takes 6-8 for the sponsor info to be updated. Seemed like quite a long time for the sponsor to tell them that I signed up for their offer. But I was willing to deal with that. It actually about 3 months for the sponsor offer to show completed. They then are suppose to email you a certificate to mail in so I could get my gift. Again, seemed odd because they had all my info from when I registered, but I went with it. Waited several weeks and still did not get the email. Had to call them for them to email me the certificates.

Now they say that it takes another 6-8 weeks to receive your gift. Waited almost 3 months and still no gift. Called them and was told that that they would expedite, and i would have it in 2-4 weeks. Never heard of expediting taking 2-4 weeks, but what other choice do I have but to wait. 4 weeks later still no gift. Another call, this time they said i would receive it the following week.

Waited 2 weeks and my status online finally updated to shipped and got an email from UPS with a tracking #. Thought the ordeal was finally over. Wrong. They sent the billing info to UPS, but didn't actually mail it to me. Waited a couple weeks and made another call. Now they say that the order request is with there vendor and would take another month. Yet they have no way to contact their vendor. Told to call back in another month. (when I'm probably gonna be told another excuse and told to wait a few more months.) Asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused. Was told there is no supervisor or anyone higher up I could talk to and was then hung up on.

At this point, maybe I will eventually get my ipod, but I really don't care anymore. This whole ordeal was not worth it and don't suggest it to anyone.
