I worked for TARA Consulting for a few months and gave 1 weeks notice that I was quitting.
I filed my reports that are needed for payroll. I have a signed contract with her stating that at the end of my emplyment she can hold my check 1 month, but no more than 2 months.
It has been over two months and I still have not received my check. I have talked to 4 others who she has done this to also. She owes me $1500. I am a single mom and she was my only source of income.
She never discloses her real name to any contractors she is only known as Nyla and she has her boyfriend as the paper owner of the business due to her past.
She operates many websites!
