Dear consumers, if you are thinking about signing up for getflics please don't make that mistake. I signed up for what I though was free downloads for the latest movies and music. All you get is a download for the software that is used to download shared files aross the internet for movies which are mostly entirely pornographic. The downloads take more that 24hrs to complete even if you have a cable connection and mostly don't download properly at all. After 48 hours of attempting to use this download software i decided that i had made a mistake by purchasing the product and wanted a refund. The add said 30-day trial money back, but get this... The link on the website for "contact us" is not accessable nor is the link for "refund info." Both go to internet error screens.
On top of that I places many e-mails to the address given (mind you they don't offer a number for customer service) and received not even one response from customer service or billing and the site states "award-winning customer service". The e-mail for the product author was false and get this, i called the corporate number thet they post on the website, and they said they no longer work with netflics and their number should not even be appearing on their website.netflics has no number to contact a live person to speak with. I had to go on a wild goose hunt to track down the number of the Mother billing co. Keynetics inc.in order to speak with the subsidiary payment processing co. Which is a trademark of Keynetics, Clickbank which charged my credit card with the $47.76 for signing up for two years with Netflics, in order to get a refund. The whole episode was ridiculous and should have never happened. They are a bunch of scam artist and one day will probably be sued by someone if not by the co. They claim to have as a corporate office. Beware Netflics.
