Unfair Suspension on A Family Rule~Ebay Suspened me they SAY shill? EX Family member~Took 5 days to respond to me'Pushing me aside'I feel they did not investigate'They neen to be more clear on who can not buy an auction on the family rule, This was a ex sister in law, who has been out of the family for 5 years now, she has her own address, number, own account, I have no commenication with her,???
I have been a verry loyal customer since 2000 to Ebay. I have over 500 postive feedack. It started back in Febuary 15. I had custody of my niece. We had one computer. Of course she had her own account. I am not literate (computer) She is, We always leave our computer on. My niece had bout some thing on ebay, They sent me a warning notice saying that we could not share computer or even she could not buy, because we were related. Thats fine? My niece has moved out since graduation. NowI had a listing going, I noticed it was gone 6 days later? I went to check to fine out what happen, When I got to my account it said I had a alert, Found out Ebay suspened my account, There was a place where you could click on the bottom of the page to file an appeal. I responded to that four time, Then I found an area to ask questions, I sent two more emails, No responce. Then I finally got one, It says that they were not going to reinstate my account. They said becauces of shill bidding? I asked them to define family?
They defined family: Family members and individuals living together, working together or sharing a computer, may not id on each others items.
None of these apply to me. I remember my brother in law stayed at our house when we went away for two days, I find it hard to belive that he would even have her here, since This family does not have any contact with her, for over 5 years, Who knows with him. But my point is This ex sister in law past 5 years should not be concidered FAMILY?
Another thing What would happen if my computer crashed and I had to go to my moms house to use to keep in touch with my auctions at the last min for questions, I guess EAY will suspen me too This is so unfair, Because we are related But we have are own accounts and address, I can see if I had a history of this on my account, But I dont, The first time they in feb they said I had no clue about then: Me and my niece lived in the same house and had seperate accounts that I could see where they would see it may be fishy, But get real NOT THIS. I would like to talk to others that this happen too, This is unfair, I think Ebay is getting to big And Not enough help for there loyal customers, We are the people thatn make them the money.
