I ordered the software — Turbo Tax 2004. I was to download it and also receive the CD copy by mail. I could not get the download because my internet connection was too slow. It would have taken me over 60 hours to download it. I contacted the company and they told me I would just have to wait till I received the software in the mail. This was ordered on February 19. Today is August 13. I have yet to receive the CD copy. The total cost for my order was $34.95, which was charged to my credit card. I contacted them several times concerning this and they told me I was not eligible for a refund, and if I aimed to cancel payment with the credit card company, then it would be turned over to a collections agency and there would be $1000. Added for damages. I now have no need for Turbo Tax 2004 or for the CD copy. I would like my money refunded, since I didnot receive any services.
