Register.com uses credit card numbers without authorization. I used my VISA credit card number to register a domain name for a web site in late 2000. They recharged my credit card for 2002 without obtaining authorization. I have tried, unsuccessfully for 2 1/2 months, to obtain a refund to my VISA account. They are not cooperative.
