Ripoff. Charging Purchase Then saying the purchase is not legit but still keep money.internet

I went to froogle looking for USB flash drives and usbshop.com had advertisements for USB flash drives for 0 dollars. I went to the website and found out that the least you could order was 100. I checked out and saw that there was an 110 dollar shipping charge. I accepted and made the purchase. I gave them an e-mail and they said that the purchase was not real. They kept the money and refuse to send me the product.
