I ordered software and never heard from them. They billed my card, I called and sent emails. No answer, RIPOFF

I ordered Roxie with Jam 6. My card was billed on July 7 however, I never heard from them. They claim to send the software within 24-48 hours. After a week I sent an email. No answer. I tried calling the number listed and there was no answer. I called my credit card and reported this as a fraud. I have yet to hear from these people.
