On July 12th I ordered Windows Server 2003 from Gigapac.com I have enclosed the order minus my information.
Because the web page description and was so ambiguous I called the company to confirm that this was the FULL VERSION, Standard Edition, not OEM, software with CD's etc. I spoke to Stephen Zogopoulos as was assured that this was the full version not an OEM and had CD's etc. I asked to have shipped overnight priory and it was shipped. When it arrived, it was only a license pack for 3 times the cost of a 5 CAL pack. As you can see from the description below, it LOOKS like they will ship the Windows Software and not the License Pack.
I called and then I was promised that they would ship the correct version. They then charged my credit card an ADDITIONAL $540.00, a price far higher than I would have paid for the software, because it was in shipment. While they did send an RMA, they now have almost $1000.00 of my money.
In my opinion Gigapc Corporation is pulling a bait and switch as well as credit card fraud to boost profits. I would not deal with this company or any company from Merrimack, New Hampshire as this company could easily change its name. If you do, you do so at your own risk.
