I too have been ripped off by this company but have found one place that they messed up when you click the box on the page to charge your credit card for the $4.95 shipping fee states "i have read and accept the terms of this offer" Not any other offers like their subscription plan or not that i have read the terms of use.
I am attempting to gather as many names as I can for the texas attorney general. Please if anyone else has been scammed by this company, please e-mail me your story and any additional documentation you may have. You will need to include your full name and address so that the attorney general can contact you.
