I received a bill for $11.05 for 4 minutes of internet website access charges for 6/3/05 at 3:46 pm, being billed on behalf of Navicomm, LTD, a time when I was not home and therefore not using the computer.
I already have legitimate continuous dial up access through a nationally recognized provider.
Phone calls to 1-800-788-9974 on Monday at 9:20-10 am gets only a recording that "your call is important..."
