My husband and i just recieved our sbc phone bill and saw a charge for 31.92 on it for May 12th. This was at 12:58 at night. My husband and I were not home at time due to he is at work and i pick him up. I called the company and they refuse to remove the charge. They say that there was a complete connection. THe problem is at the time we had a dialer. Some one was dialing into our line. I have read some of the material and i believe i have some knowledge to confront the company now becuase this is crap how they are affecting peoples lives like this.
