On 4.12.05 you should arrive @ 100 Tower Drive, Suite 129, Burr Ridge, IL 60527 to make sure the T-1 has been extended to the wan room (Site Survey). (New Site)
On 4.13.05 you should arrive @ 1111 Plaza Drive, Suite 715, Schamburg, IL 60173 to label everything so it's easier when you go to move the equipment. (Old Site)
On 4.14.05 you should arrive @ 100 Tower Drive, Suite 129, Burr Ridge, IL to install the equipment that you moved from the old site.
So, please change the date on your work order to the 13th. I'm not going to send you another work order because it's for the same job. Please make the necessary changes, so we all are on the same page come Tuesday.
On 4/14/05, I went to the Schaumburg location per the email at 9:00AM. Kathy dietz the end user indicated the survey will be taking place in Burr Ridge. Kathy and myself went to the location where the survey was completed at 11:30AM... This survey was for $30 per hour $75 day one
On 4/15/05 at 8:30AM, I returned to Burr Ridge to start the installation of the server equipment all all pc's for this location. This job was to pay $55 per hour. The job took 8.5 hours without a lunch break. Ameritech was three hours late which caused the installation to take longer. The job was completed at 5:00. Greg Wenzel verified the completion of the job as tests were performed $465.50 day two
On October 6 of last year, I did other work for this company. The payment did take about 30 days but was paid in full
Oddly enough today I noticed in my email archives the cell phone number for my old contact Scott McDonald had Indya's Burrough name of the voice mail message.indya is also the receptionist
