On May 30 I was looking for more downloads for my money. I came upon a few websites and Unlimted Shock looked pretty good. There was a problem though I could not read their terms and conditions until I signed up for their services which said 99 cents a month. NEVER said they would charge $23.99 in one lump on that day.
So I downloaded all the softward I needed to get started after 20 minutes of crap it still did not work. I looked at the website and found a place to cancel services. I receieved a automatic e-mail first stating the receipt of the service then the cancellation went through but they would not give my money back but I could still use the services for two years. So I looked at their web-site again for an e-mail address that I could not find so I went to their problems form and filled it out and got another response from the automatic e-mail stating that it has been cancelled the same thing. So I then found an e-mail address and typed an e-mail stating my conerns, once again another automatic e-mail.
By this time I am mad and I look on my bank statment on line and it states that $23.99 had already been taken out of my account within 20 minutes.By this time it was too late to resolve this they already had my money and I was getting no where fast. There is no phone number to call and no way to contact someone although at the end of every e-mail it states that there is and if you have any questions or concerns please contact them. What a joke. Today I typed another e-mail to the e-mail address it lists and it got sent back to me. WHAT A JOKE! Please do not let this happen to you.
