Ripoff through ebay, sent me fake email from ebay to arrange escrow for payment assurance Onesti

Had email address on item to buy now at a great price.
I asked to make payment through secure source.
Sent me email saying he will do it through ebay.
Sent me fake email from ebay assuring me that if I did not receive item they would cover it.
Now I can't get a response from him as to where is my laptop!!!
