My name is Sabriyah. It is now May 31 and I still have not received my order. Which cost $113.50. African Formula Cosmetics sells wonderful skincare, but unfortunately provide bad customer services.
I placed my order online on Sunday, April 17. I called the same day, and spoke with torah, who informed me that I should receive my order next day as I requested. I called everyday that week to confirm that my order had been shipped.
I was told that my order would be sent out or the phone would ring and just go to voicemail. Finally I called on Friday April 22nd and was told that my order was shipped on Thursday, April 21st. I checked my credit card and $113.50 was definitely debited from my account.
2-3 weeks had passed and I still did not receive my order even though I requested a confirmation email. I sent an email complaint and called numerous times. I was told I had to wait because the shipping person is not in. Just last week I was told that my invoice was lost. Memorial weekend has just passed and I still have not received my order.
I have ordered from numerous places and recieved my orders withing a day or two. Everytime I call, a woman named torah is very nonchalant and rude. I asked for the tracking number for my package and was told that I could not have that information.
I have never experienced such bad customer service. I would not every purchase from this company again in life. I will be calling today to have my money refunded because I am just so frustrated.
I have learned to be more careful when ordering from certain business.
