Defective Apple computer Not Replaced CompUSA ripoffs

I bought an apple computer 8 months ago from Comp-USA. It has been returned 3 times because the battery in the mother board quit and the date reverted to 1904. Each time I took the computer back the battery was replaced and lasted a short time. The computer has been in the shop for 6 weeks of the time I have had it. I asked for a new computer from both Apple and Comp-USA to replace this defective one and was refused. I believe it is a lemon.
