If i would have know all these complaints exsisted i would have never purchased skybox. I am now filing a complaint with the better buisness bureau in georgia (not that any thing will be done). They only got me for 39.99. I used a credit card for a one time deal. Cannot get anyone to answer phone calls and i have all 3 phone numbers. I have e-mailed twice and no one emails me back. After reading all these reports i think we have enough people to file some kind of complaint to get our money back. Or either find someone to go knock on their actual door in georgia and see who is answering the phones. This was the first time i have ever bought anything off the internet and needless to say... The last!!! By the way they have 3 different phone numbers with the same message on each one. 1-888-268-9729,1-888-720-9197, and 1-678-417-6301.
